Lead Time

The standard lead time for processing and packing orders is 2-6 days unless otherwise stated on the individual product page. Some products have a longer lead time, for example when they are a preorder item, or when the item is made to order. In these cases, the estimated lead time will be clearly stated within the product description. 

When an individual order contains products of varying lead times the items will be sent in one package based on the longest lead time. 

Carrier

All orders are posted using Royal Mail. 

UK orders will be sent Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail Tracked 48 depending on your selection. Some large or higher value items will be sent Royal Mail Tracked 48 or 24 as standard. 

International orders will be sent using International Tracked Royal Mail. 

Domestic and International Rates

Shipping rates will be automatically calculated at the checkout for UK orders.
For international shipping rates please contact me directly.

Tracking 

If a tracked service was purchased, tracking information will be emailed upon order dispatch. If your order has not arrived after the expected lead time, please first check the tracking link in your order dispatch email and then if you require further assistance contact at hello@kattgrover.com.

Import Duties and Taxes 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Katt Grover is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
